Encounters
‘Encounters’ is a celebration of the many personal encounters that still take place in the age of social media and digital networking.
Influenced by the tradition of street photography, Palmer used only analogue cameras and adopted a ‘fly on the wall’ documentary
approach, capturing the organic interactions that occur as we navigate our everyday lives. The result is an archive of images that
reference the moments when we are looking at each other, rather than our phones.
